Spring picnic

As most of you know we had a spring picnic last year and had a blast. So what do you guys think about having one this year? Last year we had it at Two River's Park off of Briley Pkwy. If this is something that we want to do, give me your thoughts on it and what day would work best for you and your family. By starting it earlier in the year I could possibly get a bigger, better place. I do know that the fee this year has gone up, so whatever it is it can just be divided up between everyone that attends. This is a great time to meet new folks and catch up with the vetrans. As always it is open to everyone/anyone young/old. As far as the food, everyone just brought enough food for their families and it was all just put together it worked out great. Most shelter's fill up pretty quick, but I think they start taking reservations the 1st of next month. So send me your input and I will check into things.

Two Rivers sounds great to me.  There is also a great park in Lebanon that has a great walking trail and a lot for the kids to do.  Two Rivers is closer for me, but  will try to go wherever the group decides.  At Two Rivers I could bring Bailey, but don't know about the park in Lebanon.
